Seamus O'Toole, Senior Consultant, joined SBCG in August 2003. He has experience across industries, including financial services, high technology, retail, healthcare and real estate development. Seamus graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Mathematical Economics. Prior to joining SBCG Seamus worked as a technology consultant.

Barry Sullivan, Senior Consultant, joins SBCG from Mercer Consulting, where he worked with Boards and management on issues of executive and strategic pay. Prior to receiving his MBA from the University of Illinois, Barry operated a successful building services firm in Chicago. Barry holds the designation of Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP).

Greg Arnold, Senior Consultant, joined SBCG in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Greg worked as an executive compensation consultant at Korn/Ferry International and Mercer Consulting, where he worked with management and boards of directors across a variety of industries to help design compensation programs. He graduated from Pomona College with a degree in Economics.

Cindy Cupino, Senior Consultant, has been a consultant since 1996. Previously with Sibson & Company, Cindy has experience in executive, professional and employee compensation and performance management across several industries, including retail and private banking, professional services, and insurance. Cindy was formerly the Director of Product Development at a B-to-B ASP and B-to-C internet retailer.

David Fern, Consultant, joined SBCG in June 2005. His prior experience includes working as a forensic and litigation consultant with FTI Consulting and as a financial analyst with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Dave graduated from Pomona College with a degree in Economics.

Sameer Bhakta, Consultant, joined SBCG in 2006. Sameer graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Business Economics in June of 2005.  Prior to joining the firm, he was part of the management team responsible for the online expansion of a local hotel reservation system.

Jason Brooks, Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2007. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA, with emphases in Finance and Strategic Management, from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management.

Mark Emanuel, Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2007. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minor in Economics from Harvey Mudd College, where he led a research project for Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Terri Stein, Consultant, joined SBCG in 2006. Previously with Sibson & Company, Terri has experience in executive compensation across industries including retail, utilities, and healthcare. Terri graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Mathematics and Economics, and also has her M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University.

Ross Brondfield, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2010. Ross graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations.

Joseph Chang, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2011. Joseph graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics and International Relations.

Emily Hirano, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2011. Emily graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Econ-Accounting with honors and a Financial Economics sequence.

Richard Hsiao, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2010. Richard graduated from UCLA in 2007 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Public Policy. Prior to the joining SBCG, Richard worked as an analyst for the federal court system.

Michael Lloyd, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2010. Michael graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business Administration.

Anne McGettigan, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2008. Anne graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a BA in Economics with honors, Mathematics, Political Science and Spanish.

Rosemary Newman, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2011. Rosemary graduated from Pomona College with a BA in Public Policy Analysis and Economics.

Darren Ong, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2006. Prior to joining SBCG, he was an executive compensation consultant with another firm in Los Angeles. Darren graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Business-Economics and Biology and a minor in Accounting.

Brittany Smith, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in August 2009. Brittany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Economics with honors.

Andrew Yeh, Associate Consultant, joined SBCG in July 2011. Andrew graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Econ-Accounting and Literature.
