ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT POSITION

We are currently offering exceptional opportunities for bright, ambitious individuals to join our team as associate consultants. The responsibilities of an Associate Consultant relate primarily to research/data collection, analysis and presentation preparation in support of project work. Our Associate Consultants work independently or in teams to:

• Conduct research and analysis of compensation and financial data from public sources and client-provided materials
• Use analytical rigor to interpret quantitative and qualitative information
• Provide quantitative modeling support (primarily Excel-based) for performance scenarios and other recommended solutions to client problems
• Assist with research and data gathering through client interviews and focus groups

We seek individuals with strong academic backgrounds in research-based or business-related fields such as economics, accounting, finance, computer science or math/statistics. Successful candidates demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Other attributes that contribute to longer-term career advancement include written and oral communication skills, and a personal commitment to continuously developing strong business, industry and client acumen.
