This year, our Say on Pay and Proxy Results report will contain three sections: CEO Pay Ratio, Say on Pay, and Equity Proposals. 416 Russell 3000 companies have filed CEO Pay Ratio disclosures in 2018. The median of ratios filed thus far is 80:1, and the median of median employee compensation $57,313. To date, 129 Russell 3000 companies have held Say on Pay votes in 2018 and 91% of companies have passed with above 70% support. Five companies (3.9%) have failed Say on Pay: AECOM, Commercial Metals, Nuance Communications, Sanmina, and the Walt Disney Company.
