Haleigh Stopa is an experienced compensation consultant who has worked with both publically traded and privately held companies on issues of annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance assessments, peer group development, compensation benchmarking, and equity utilization. Prior to joining Semler Brossy, she was a consultant with Pearl Meyer & Partners. Stopa graduated from the University of Chicago with Bachelor’s degree in economics.
