Greg Arnold Promoted to Managing Director at Semler Brossy

Los Angeles, CA, January 15, 2020—Semler Brossy Consulting Group announced today that Greg Arnold has been promoted to managing director in the Los Angeles office. Arnold, a veteran compensation consultant, serves a wide range of public and private companies across industries.

“Greg has both advised companies as a consultant and managed total rewards in a large organization as an executive,” says Roger Brossy, managing director and co-founder of the firm. “His broad experience gives him a unique perspective on challenges facing companies today and an understanding of the practical realities of compensation program design.”

Arnold earlier led the compensation, benefits, and human resource operations for a private equity-backed portfolio company with more than 50,000 employees, a post he took after working for Semler Brossy for seven years. Previously, he worked for other national compensation consulting firms and in a corporate finance role implementing performance measurement systems and processes.
