Olivia Voorhis joined Semler Brossy in July 2017. She has helped boards and senior management teams navigate a range of executive compensation and corporate governance issues, including incentive plan strategy, pay level and practices benchmarking, and equity dilution management. Olivia graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis with a focus on sustainability issues.
Has worked with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare and technology companies.
